Great customer service and fair prices. I worked with Vlad to select windows (Milgard) and patio sliding doors (Win-Dor) for my detached ADU. He took the time to explain how the process works and showed me different window options. After getting a few quotes, I felt most comfortable working with Vlad and appreciate his patience and prompt follow up when I had any questions. I also used them for installation and Joe and his team of installers were professional, skilled, and prompt.

I would like to express our deep appreciation for the outstanding work and follow-through of your employee, Vlad Lozanskiy. I wasn't even considering a product other than Milgard, but due to Vlad's knowledgeable, honest, and professional approach and his spending time to educate me about the differences among Milgard, Fleetwood, and Weathershield, we ended up purchasing all our windows and doors for our remodeling project from Concept Windows & Doors. I also thought the price for the product was reasonable, when I compared it with other window vendors. He also went the extra mile when we ran into problems, or had a question about installing a bow window from WS. I especially appreciate that he responds quickly, and doesn't wait to try to get an answer to a question. He's also patient and forgiving when I follow up months later with a repeat question (because I am so busy with life right now). Happy Holidays, and thank you so much for your outstanding work. We are in the midst of a few updates to our home. We are working with contractors and vendors all the time. I'm not sure if it is the malaise from the COVID supply chain delays or just the level of service these days, but we have had our share of non-responsive, non-proactive support services. We had contacted three other window/door vendors in the area. One was notably more expensive, and the other two just completely failed in follow up. They made me feel like they were doing me a favor by helping me with the purchase process. Then, I contacted Concept Windows & Doors. I worked with Vlad and he was beyond helpful. I don't purchase windows and doors everyday, so I had a lot of questions. Also - it is a major purchase that you cannot return, so you want to be sure to purchase exactly what you need. Vlad answered all of my questions, helped me compare different products and even reached out to Weather Shield's corporate offices when I had questions about color-matching their aluminum clad windows. He not once made me feel like I was imposing or being "high maintenance." He acknowledged that getting all the info and asking questions was really important. He showed exemplary customer service -- something that is hard to find. To top it off, their prices were competitive, making the process of purchasing several products not too painful. We have an older home that could use several window/door updates. Concept Windows & Doors will be our go-to place.
