“Friendly and professional from start to finish, best price out of many bids. Needed an AC and put in an online request in the evening and got a call from Eric shortly after. He scheduled me for an on site estimate at my soonest availability. When Eric came out he was friendly and professional. Took pics and crawled under the house but was unable to find wiring our original contractor said he did, so he gave a second estimate for if the wire couldn't be found while doing the job (unbelievably reasonable price given electrical bids we've had in the past.) Eric explained a heat pump would be better and the same price and was clearly knowledgeable while explaining things in layman's terms. Eric was able to schedule me for 2 days later despite it being the start of summer. Eric called me up the day before we were scheduled to install to let me know that upon looking at the pictures, slightly more may need to be done but he was more than happy to honor the original estimate. Day of install, Aaron and Ty came out and were just as friendly and professional as Eric. The work was completed same day and Aaron walked me through everything at the end. He even offered to stay and help me set up the WiFi on the thermostat. The final bill matched the estimate to the dollar (the lower one, they were indeed able to find the existing wiring.) Would absolutely use next day air and heating again.“

Additionally he was cheaper and hooray for that. While he was here doing a great job we happened to talk about my hot water heater, it was 22 years old. I asked for a quote to do it as well and his price was reasonable. He updated the straps and added a pressure relief tank too. There was no pressure or upselling at all, I just figured it was time, better to put in a new one than call a plumber at 4:00 AM on a Sunday (when it surely would have chosen to blow). “We called Mr Rooter about a water break in our community as well as an issue with an improperly installed sewer cutoff. Mr. Rooter came out within a couple of hours to check out both issues and gave us an estimate. They were originally going to start the jobs four days later but where thankfully able to clear up their schedule and came out the next morning, first thing, to repair the water break. They were also able to get another technician out to rectify the sewer issue and replace the utility slab. Through it all, Gerry Suarez, the training Manager, stayed on top of the job and kept in contact with us to let us know what was happening when. After the jobs were completed, the water break area had to dry up for a few days before it could be filled in.
