“Greg is an awesome dude! Quick response time. Came out the next day at the time he said he would. He appreciated the work I had already done to try and fix the problem myself and gave me advice for the future should this problem come up again. Greg initially recommended another local plumbing company that might offer cheaper services and could possibly come sooner….they never responded to my voicemail or text. In the end Greg ended up coming out and cleared the roots from our sewer line. Thank you Greg!!“
“These guys are great and super honest! I had another plumber incorrectly install a cartridge on my shower, and then told me I needed a $2800 valve replacement. The team and Holman came by next day and fixed it for a nominal fee. It was a scaled protector setting on the cartridge. Thanks Holman!“

“Our new plumber (last one retired). These guys are great, quick response, know how to do it. This was a simple job but one I didn't want to have any call-back problems. Expensive kitchen faucet decided to leak after a dozen years or so. Found a rare replacement on ebay, but no way would I want to do this myself. Frankly, not many things of this nature do I want to diy anyway. Based on this limited experience, I'd agree with all the other 5* reviews. Just hope this one lasts longer, as I doubt there's another replacement for this discontinued but very cool item.“
“I very rarely write reviews but I cannot miss the opportunity to pass on my recommendation for Robert De Wan and his really FANTASTIC service. I had a serious situation with water damage at my home which necessitated removing bathroom walls, tub and shower. It was an ugly job that required hours and hours of really hard work. It turned out beautifully in a short period of time!Not only did I get a price that was more than fair (I got quotes from several other contractors), I was able to establish a working relationship with Robert that felt like real team work. I have not experienced this before, as I am a woman and in the past I have felt disregarded when it comes to construction projects. Not so with Robert! I felt respected, listened to, cared about and communicated with every step of the way.I felt so grateful for his consideration and his know how and also for his suggestions as to how to make the job more affordable. “I have nothing but praise for Steve at Pipedreams Plumbing. I called several plumbers to get a gas line moved. Steve was the most professional on the phone and in person. Additionally he was cheaper and hooray for that. While he was here doing a great job we happened to talk about my hot water heater, it was 22 years old. I asked for a quote to do it as well and his price was reasonable. He updated the straps and added a pressure relief tank too. There was no pressure or upselling at all, I just figured it was time, better to put in a new one than call a plumber at 4:00 AM on a Sunday (when it surely would have chosen to blow). We talked a bit and I learned he has years of experience which means a lot to me. If you'd like to do business with an experienced, pleasurable and down to earth guy who won't gouge you Steve is the guy. I'm keeping this sticker on my water heater for as long as I live in Sonoma!“

“They were helpful, got two things done, and will come back when the curtain rods I need hung arrive. They lose a star for making promises they couldn't keep. I realize they are incredibly busy, and they want to respond as quickly as they can, but two days in a row of saying we will see you between X and X, then emailing to say they had a glitch and couldn't come almost made them strike out with me. Yes, I would hire them again. They did an excellent job, in a short amount of time, and were friendly and professional.“
