“I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kong, her medical assistant Carol, and the other staff members at Cotati Small Animal Hospital. Our 12-year-old dog arrived in serious condition, and, while there is no cure for his kidney failure, Dr. Kong came up with a treatment plan that is enabling him to enjoy life again for as long as he has left. His eyes are bright again; he has a little pep; she has helped bring him back from death's door. The folks there all treat our little guy with tenderness and treat us with compassion. Dr. Kong also helped us consider the costs of different treatment paths so we could decide what was right for us. Plus, she calls after hours, after long days treating patients, to give us updates when necessary.“

“I had to bring my vet aggressive English Mastiff in for an oral and throat examination, Dr. Fisher and staff were wonderful! The amount of patience and professionalism was calming to a stressed out pet owner. They were able to examine his mouth and take several samples while explaining everything in detail to me. I was worried that I couldn't afford this visit as I've heard horror story's about veterinary's charging outrageous prices for similar visits, that wasn't the case as I think their prices were very reasonable. Ryan even helped me jump start my truck after my visit was over. I highly recommend Heritage Veterinary!“
