“I have never left an online review of a company’s services, but Master Cleaners in Santa Rosa more than deserves a positive shout-out for their professionalism and customer care. I brought in two small area rugs that my grandmother had in her bedroom for over 20 years, and for the past 30 years I had (unwisely) folded and stored in a pillowcase. I wanted them cleaned before giving them to my daughter. When I picked up the rugs, they were wrapped in Tyvek because I had mentioned my daughter lived out of state. (I had no idea Tyvek is used to protect rugs for shipping and storage.) Both rugs turned out beautifully; the colors pop, the fringe is white again and mended in spots where needed. Owners Mike and Sheila Masi treated me like family. Their priorities are customer care and quality work.“
