Because of these qualities and because he is a good listener, I received quality inspection/due diligence reports from him. I also want to point out that he has integrity. For example, he would call me PRIOR to doing any additional assessment, esp if it is costly (he would even question if needed at the time). I would highly recommend contacting Eddie (the great thing is that he has Al to leverage as well!) for any real estate due diligence needs. He can help you determine if you can legitimately build a house on a parcel of land. In short, he is just an incredible individual.“

“Full disclosure, I didn't end up hiring Russ Galloway Electric for the issue I was having. This review is for their responsiveness and integrity. I reached out to several electricians for an issue with my bathroom lighting. Only 1 of 4 electricians even bothered to respond - RGE. They discussed the issue I was having with me and suggested I take a few steps to see if I could fix the issue myself and if those steps didn't work, then they'd come out and work on. Their advice over the phone was really helpful and ultimately fixed the issue I was having. They even followed up with a phone call a week later to see how things went. This level of customer care is practically unheard of in the construction industry these days. Though I didn't use RGE this go around, they'll definitely be on my speed dial when we're ready to upgrade our service panel in the next year.“
