“Full disclosure, I didn't end up hiring Russ Galloway Electric for the issue I was having. This review is for their responsiveness and integrity. I reached out to several electricians for an issue with my bathroom lighting. Only 1 of 4 electricians even bothered to respond - RGE. They discussed the issue I was having with me and suggested I take a few steps to see if I could fix the issue myself and if those steps didn't work, then they'd come out and work on. Their advice over the phone was really helpful and ultimately fixed the issue I was having. They even followed up with a phone call a week later to see how things went. This level of customer care is practically unheard of in the construction industry these days. Though I didn't use RGE this go around, they'll definitely be on my speed dial when we're ready to upgrade our service panel in the next year.“

“We hired MCT for a large interior and exterior project, bathrooms, living room, halls, staircase and three exterior patio areas. Complete redo on all of this. The exterior project required significant demolition and surface restoration. The project totaled four months of work and included some unexpected surprises. Through all of this, Dana and his team did a fantastic job, both in terms of the quality of the work and the reasonableness of cost. In addition, Dana was honest about cost and issues as they inevitably arose and always kept us informed of the status of the project. Key to me was Dana's personal pride in the quality of the work and his attention to detail. No corners were cut and the result was fantastic. I highly recommend MCT.“
“We recently worked with Bayview to design and build a small bathroom and shower in our Pacific Grove cottage. Through out the project Erick and Ashley were extremely easy to work with. We relied on them for design guidance and were not disappointed. The hardware, fixtures and tile were all from the showroom and were of very high quality. The initial bid was on target and the job was done well. Our new bathrooom is a huge improvement to our home. We had some back and forth on some finish items that were resolved without friction. Nice team, we hope to work with them again.“

“Mid-Cal did the aluminum gutters on my home when I was having a new roof installed. They got the job done in one day as promised & price was fair & reasonable. The 1200 sq ft house w/ attached garage had only 3 downspouts. They not only explained why there should be one for each corner, they rerouted one near a back bedroom window out further so the water would disperse away from the walls. That means less water coming toward the bldg so not undermining the structure & less noise when it pours so sleep isn't disturbed.Mid-Cal also came back later to check their own work. Someone in quality control noticed that in the back it was all level so did a minor adjustment to ensure that water coming off the roof would evenly flow to either corner downspout. It is so subtle you can't tell w/ the naked eye yet does the job beautifully.I highly recommend this company & in fact referred my neighbor to them as well.“
