“This is such a welcoming studio! I just started my Pilates journey, and so, came to the studio with absolutely ZERO experience or confidence. Every single staff member I have met has been so kind, patient, and skillful! I looked to Pilates because of tension and compression in my back, weak core, and sore joints. I feel like I am re establishing my relationship with my body. It’s a great experience. Every session has left me feeling energized, and with better mobility. If you’ve hesitated before because Pilates feels intimidating, don’t! Come here! Each instructor is super supportive. I’m the person in Zumba class who’s invariably facing the wrong direction with every move. If I can do this, EVERYONE CAN!! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Sandy, Laura, Cat, Megan A, and Lisa. All have been exceptional teachers and have great body intuition. Kat at the front desk is also wonderfully helpful!“

“Loving loving this Jazzercise class, and all the instructors!! I had been wanting to try Jazzercise for years and never went for it. I wish had joined sooner. The workouts are fun, and really get my heart rate going and muscles working. The workouts can be modified to fit your level of fitness and you can easily build up your stamina and strength. You definitely feel like you’ve had a great workout at then end of each class. The instructor never make you feel bad if you can’t keep up, but encourage you to try your best, while helping you improve form and function. I had gone to a few in person classes and everyone there is warm and welcoming. However, I have found the live streaming of classes to work better for me. It is a good option if you don’t have the time to drive to class, or just want the privacy of your own space. The different instructors are wonderful and I love how they keep you laughing and engaged with their commentary, singing and encouragement! If you are on the fence, definitely just go for it! You won’t regret it and will be healthier and stronger for it!“
