I signed up for this gym last week and I’ve already been there almost every day! I absolutely love working out here and the staff is so friendly.There are so many classes that come with your membership and I love that they have showers and a sauna. I also love that they have the option to pay $10 extra each month for 24 hour access which is awesome with my busy schedule. I’ve never been to a gym before really so all the equipment is a little intimidating but you can sign up for someone to show you how to use all the machines properly within the first few weeks you sign up. I have always been a person who wonders why someone would pay for a gym membership when you can just workout at home.... now being a mom of two, I don't know what I would do without this gym! I get the pice of mind knowing they are just down the hall from me. I never got a break,even when I wasn't with my girls. I was two stressed about not being with them I couldn't relax. Since I got my membership I have been able to relax! The staff is great with my girls! Thank you total fitness in scottsvalley!

Love this gym! I have tried many different gyms in Santa cruz county and this one just stuck. Lots off classes nice machines and free weights. It's a gym where you can get it all done. Also for ten extra bucks a month they give you a key fob that gives you 24hr access.
