“We made the difficult decision to put our labradoodle to sleep. We called Restful Paws and they were able to get us an appointment with Karen the next day. It was nice to have one more night with our dog. The entire process was seamless from the very caring person on the phone to book the appointment to Karen's kindness. Karen explained everything as she was doing it, gave us the time and space we needed, and made the whole process as good as it can be. We were extremely impressed with how much detail and thought they put into the process. They had her name ready to imprint in a paw keepsake and when we brought her out to the car it was like her own little chariot with her name on a nice sign. The whole car was ready for her. Karen also tucked her in very nicely on the stretcher. They followed up with us and Karen sent a hand written note as well. Everything was perfect.“

“We have been using Lotus Veterinary House Calls for years now. The ease of having a vet come into your own home is so fantastic. No stress, no fuss. The service is great but what really distinguishes Lotus is the fact that their Doctors and support staff are the kindest, most patient and all over amazing human beings. They hold you and your furry/purry family members in a gentle embrace while being knowledgeable, non-judgemental, thorough and efficient. They work with you rather than dictating to you. Don't even get me started on some of the horrendous vet experiences we have had to endure here in San Francisco...but never once with Lotus. Unfortunately we have had to have three cats put to sleep at the end of their lives during our time with Lotus and I can't rave enough about both Dr Seth and Dr Jenny. I truly consider them both members of our extended family. Don't let the cost put you off, at the end of the day it's actually not that much more and so worth every.single.penny! Stop googling options - you've found the perfect solution right here.“

“Sam’s clinic is THE BEST. Had such a great experience with our little terrier, Indy’s hip surgery. They care so much and are very easy to work with. We are so happy with the results. Big thank you to the whole team. Highly recommend.“

“Cat Clinic is the BEST! My cats have been coming here for a long time. Dr David Innes took such good care of my old kitty until the end. My new cat is also a patient of the clinic, I would take her no place else. Staff is also wonderful and kind. Sure, at times they get pretty busy, but I have never felt neglected. I would hope that before someone come on social media to criticize, they actually contact the clinic and discuss the issue.“

“I've been seeing Dr.Fry and his team for years. I value their transparency and for answering my silly questions. I have never gotten the sense that I'm being taken advantage of or upsold products or services. Taking my 8 year old lab here is easy, and they treat her well. Keep doing what you guys are doing! ♥️“

“Very professional and caring vet. Called about a flea problem and they gave advice over the phone, and then followed up the next day with more recommendations from one of the vets. Thoroughly recommend.“

“A competent and respectable vet service operating in San Rafael. It is commonplace that vet appointments are often very difficult to arrange in a timely matter which is not the case with this Vet Clinic. They were relatively quick to get us seen and the clinic is clean and pretty and well organized. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and willing to educate as well as treat. The only problem I have with this clinic is a problem I have with the entire vet business as a whole: for a relatively simple visit I was charged steeply. It's so expensive just to be seen.Maybe I'm wrong but I miss the days when vets tried to save their customers money by avoiding unnecessary half measures and all the nickel and dime extras that you couldn't dream would be on the bill at any point during the visit. But this is definitely a great vet service and I recommend them.“

“Dr. Lommer and the staff at Aggie's Animal Dental Center are the best! There are not many board-certified veterinary dentists in the Bay Area (literally a handful) and we were so lucky to have gotten an appointment here. Our 13-year-old Pomeranian, Coco, has been to so many vet clinics in our attempt to find her high-quality specialized care. She has several health issues, including a collapsed trachea, heart murmur, and elevated liver enzymes, on top of severe periodontal disease. She had a previous anesthetic cleaning before so we initially thought she could get her teeth cleaned at a regular clinic again. This unfortunately turned into a huge fiasco after a different vet could not intubate and even thought she had a throat tumor. Even though the tumor was ruled out, we were extremely hesitant to take her back to a primary clinic and started seeking out specialty dentists. The first specialty dentist we took her to quoted us nearly $10k and full mouth extractions, which we were understandably not thrilled about. This clinic ended up referring us to yet another clinic due to scheduling conflicts, with their first consult being 3 months out. Meanwhile, Coco's teeth were worsening and causing her to cough a lot - we felt TERRIBLE that she was in pain and we couldn't do anything to give her relief sooner. After frantically researching, I found Aggie's and miraculously they were able to squeeze Coco in for a consult that same week. This was the first indication that we had found somewhere special - Aggie's truly cares for animals and will go the extra mile to make sure your pet is seen and taken care of.Dr. Lommer was attentive, transparent, and compassionate during the consult and answered all of our many questions with expertise. It is evident that she is the best in her field and we appreciated the effort she put into studying Coco's medical records from half a dozen other vet clinics to truly understand Coco's health. As a parent of an elderly dog, I get very anxious leaving Coco for any reason, let alone for a major surgery. We walked out of the consult feeling reassured that Coco would be in good hands. Dr. Lommer also prescribed antibiotics in the meantime to keep Coco's tooth infection at bay, which we were so thankful for (other clinics had told us there was nothing they could do). The cherry on top was that Aggie's estimate was significantly lower than the other dental clinic and they also accepted Coco's previous labwork instead of requiring a recheck. We dropped Coco off in the morning on the day of the procedure and Dr. Lommer made sure to give us updates every step of the way (when Coco was put under anesthesia, when x-rays were taken and if there were any changes, how the procedure was going, and finally when Coco was waking up). Even though Coco needed 13 extractions, had some complicated root fractures, and was under anesthesia for much longer than anticipated, we felt at ease with Dr. Lommer's consistent updates, knowing also that there would be a board-certified anesthesiologist on staff to help monitor the procedure. We are so grateful to everyone at Aggie's for taking such good care of her!The 5-star service doesn't stop after the appointment - Dr. Lommer provided detailed medical notes to help us get the most out of our insurance claim. Coco is already making a quick recovery at home and we can finally rest assured that her teeth won't bother her anymore and we will have many more years with her. We highly recommend Aggie's to any pet parents seeking quality specialized oral surgery and/or dentistry needs. We have been through so many health scares with Coco that the higher price is completely worth the peace of mind to know that our fur baby is in the best hands. Dr. Lommer, we cannot thank you and your team enough for what you do! You guys truly are heroes and even though we hope we never have to see you again, we are forever grateful that Coco had such amazing care at Aggie's!!“

“Dr. Commins came over on Saturday to assess my inter-vat aggression issues. It was a great meeting, and I am filled with hope that my 2 cats can eventually have a truce, if not a friendship. She gave so many suggestions, and was really easy to talk to.I highly recommend her if you are having any behavioral pet issues.“

“I continue to have nothing but the very best to say about Dr. Rockwell. She is absolutely wonderful with smalls. She continues to see Poppyseed, she performed surgery on Little Piggy (that was very successful), and very sadly, helped me with end of life care for Big Piggy. She is super knowledgeable about smalls (and those of us with smalls know finding a knowledgeable smalls vet is hard). You can tell she loves her patients and she is supportive and empathetic for us guardians. I recommend her to everyone! The staff there is great - and once when I had to see another doctor I felt equally comfortable.“

“The doctors here are all really good and spend their time explaining things to you. Unfortunately, today the front desk person was very abrasive towards me and my dog. She asked me to get my dog on the scale, and when I got on the scale to call the dog on there with me, she started scolding me saying I can't be on there. I assured her I would step off of the scale once the dog was on and she got even louder and more rude, saying I don't understand. I kept assuring her that I understand that she needs the weight of just the dog. She kept belittling me, saying I do not understand, getting more and more relentless Lady, All that matters is, the scale starts at zero, and ends with just the dog on the scale. It doesn't matter if I get on the scale initially to call the dog on it won't affect the measurement in the end when i step off. this lady was raising her voice or using a condescending tone at me, saying I don't understand over and over making a scene (apparently she is the one who doesn't understand how scale works). I almost turned around and walked out after what she did next, she grabbed my dogs bad arthritis (reason for my visit) leg and started trying to force it on the scale what i considered to be too aggressively for an elderly dog with arthritis and it looked like my dog was in pain/made the dog more scared than it already was of getting on the scale. This while interaction was entirely unnecessary, and the whole interaction was unprofessional. If the doctors here were not so good, I would leave you guys one star and find a new vet over this. you really need to speak with your front desk people because I feel completely disrespected. To the front desk lady, don't ask me to get my dog on the scale for you and then harass me, and interfere with it when what i was doing ended up working just fine. The scale isnt going to just suddenly lose its zeroing like you were insisting. How do you work a job in a medical office and not understand how a scale works? If you put an apple on a scale and it says 1 pound and then you put a second apple it's gonna say 2 pounds. Then if you take one apple off, it will say 1 pound again How do you even work in a customer facing role when you don't know how to recognize that you're agitating a person. Or how do you get hired at a vet office When you don't know that trying to use force on a scared Dog is going to make the dog more scared ? If you were so sure that what I was doing was wrong, would it have killed you to wait five seconds, so I can see for myself that it was wrong?. It would've saved you the embarrassment when it turned out you were in the wrong not me.“

“I was referred here after my dog had an eye infection and my primary vet couldn't see him right away. My little buddy received the best possible care by a friendly caring staff! Had such a good experience I'd consider breaking up with my primary vet. I'd rate them as 5 stars too.“

Thank you Especially Cats ❤️“

“We love our Mill Valley Vet as much as our Dog, Lucky does. As you can see from the photo, he can't wait to get past the reception area to see Dr. Hunter. She really gives him great care and he's a healthy 12 year old puppy thanks to her and her terrific staff. Everyone here has great attitude and skills.“
