Came in on Friday of the four day weekend of July 4th to help people, diagnosed the problem in a few minutes. “We are in San Francisco, CA. Our water heater started to leak and we lost hot water. We needed replacement! Our heater also powers a radiant heating system - so not your basic setup.I cannot recommend Hydrotech enough. It is so rare to have such professional and efficient interactions. Communication was easy from the minute I reached out (including on the 4th of July!). Quote process was smooth and Denis was patient with my questions. The actual replacement happened only a couple days later. Very nice job - not hesitating to rework some adjacent pipes that needed work. Had a few more questions / pipes in the radiant system that needed to be air drained and Denis came back a few days later and very graciously took care of it.Thank you!“

“I made an appointment with Patriot to look at my heating/cooling system at my house in Marin. The system blew air, but it was not very hot or cold when it should have been. Although it took a week to get them to my house, when the technician came, he quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it. They system was low on refrigerant and he added some. I was charged for 2 hours of time and the cost of a pound of refrigerant, which I think is very reasonable. Unfortunately some other companies would have recommended a whole new heating/ac system even though only a simple fix was needed. I commend Patriot for their honesty and reasonable fees.“

“Honest and Knowledgeable--Highly Recommended!We have a through-the-wall air conditioner which started to make some new noises when turned off. I called JB Refrigeration. As it was not an emergency (not a hot spell), he came out a few days later and after listening to my AC, diagnosed the problem. We discussed several alternatives (being an older, cheaper unit and he wasn't sure he could even fix it), we settled on one (no repair) and we were done. I was impressed with his overall knowledge and the fact that he was willing to discuss a no repair option (for the time being and until it went completely kaput). This gives me time to research getting a replacement unit. He even offered to come back and help with the install if needed.In a heart beat, I would call him back if needed.“

“We had an absolutely amazing experience with Kevel, from beginning to end. They gave us a home energy audit, and we moved forward with a project incorporating some modifications to our system. I give them my highest recommendation! 1) Every person we interfaced with was professional, and helpful, and just nice. 2) Project was timely, and everything worked out as expected and promised. The only minor drawback is that they are good at what they do, and popular, so there was a bit of time waiting to initially get our project in their queue. “I own an apartment complex in Burlingame and I have used Bullard's Heating & Air several times. Talk about customer service!!! Every time I call to set up an appointment they are so accommodating, kind, and friendly. They've sent one man (Gary maybe?) out to the building twice and he's very kind, friendly, and super competent about whatever the problem might be. They are great about working around what works best for me (can be tricky with tenants trying to find times that they want their landlord coming into their unit with any kind of repair person), but Bullard always does their best to set up appointments for me. I'll keep using them as long as I own this building! They are the best.“

“Brought my Ford van in needing to get the A/C working same day. I suspected freon was out. They took me right away (go at 8am when they open), were very professional. Determined it was indeed out of freon, but also had a condenser leak that long term meant condenser needed replacing. Thw whole thing took less than an hour. Only reason for no fifth star is, they did not tell me before starting there was a $125 minimum inspection fee. The whole job was $225 which is high compared to a typical $75-100 freon replacement. But, they took me right away, found the long term problem and were very professional as I said.“
