We live in a great area and I am thankful that there are spots like this so close and accessible to all of us. This is a stable that is in the hills of Saratoga that is coowned and in the same compound as a winery. Great place to keep your horse or take horse riding lessons.

My friend and I decided to go horseback riding for the first time, and we had such a fun time! Although we were initially very nervous and intimidated, Ryan, our tour guide, did a beyond excellent job calming our nerves, and helping us handle the horses. He was very knowledgeable and seasoned. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and the activity was perfect for beginners! Thank you all very much!

We discovered Garrod Farms via recommendation from a friend. We have had a good experience so far. Our daughter has been taking lessons led by Pablo. We also had the opportunity to go on a trail ride which was a lot of fun. The horses are super nice and friendly. The stable staff are great. You can see how much they love working with the animals. It also is fun to finish watching lessons and walk over to the winery for a little something for the parents ;)
