“Dr. White is warm, caring and realistic. I appreciate his honest and transparent approach to my vision care. He doesn't push for anything that's not needed. As a matter of fact, he even taught me how to extend the life of my contact lens because I don't have much protein build-up, which meant I am able to keep my lens on for longer duration before needing to discard them. The office staff are kind and it is really nice to be able to schedule appointments within a reasonable amount of time and not have to wait weeks or months. Hart Optical used to have an optician to do exams, but now they just fill prescriptions. They accept insurance and take ours, you'd have to ask about what type. They have a pretty good selection of frames. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. They're located in a strip mall on La Mesa Boulevard. There's plenty of parking.“
