Wish I would have found him sooner ! If I could give 10 stars, I would. I have special needs, And it was a nightmare with past Drs. I mean horrific experiences, To almost the point of discrimination against my needs, Ok I'll say it, other eye Drs, Did not want to adapt to my needs, Which to me, Is against the ADA act. This Dr, My eye exam was flawless, From beginning to end.. A very attentive and professional, Dr Kim Butler is!! I rarely give reviews, But when it is this great, I give credit, Where credit is due.. You will not regret going here, I guarantee you . Simply outstanding service .. Thank You!!

I have Medi-Cal and needed glasses that I could actually see well with. My previous eye doctor was not thorough and my glasses made my eyes so tired trying to read that my friend referred me to Dr. Butler. My exam was quick and he was very personable and friendly. He explained things in a way I could understand. He dialed me in and I have 20/20 vision now with my new glasses. I forgot what it was like to see clearly for 5 years because of incompetence at the clinic I went to before. I recommend Dr. Butler to everyone! Thank you Dr. Butler! I love my new glasses! I can actually see the stars in the sky now!

The dr was fine it's the office staff I have an issue with. It's almost been two months since my sons glasses were ordered(end of Two months of my son not being able to see or do school work. No communication whatsoever from office, I had to call my self to find out the glasses werent made right and shipped back. It was supposed to be be express and here were are my 3rd time calling to check and they still don't have them. All they could tell me was they started working on them APRIL 18. The man really didn't seem to care or even try to empathize with me at all. I did end up getting the glasses but won't be coming back.
