Original review: Both Michael and the assistants are always very friendly and helpful. Been going here for years!edit 11/9/2023: I wont be coming back here, I am regretful to say. I enjoyed this place over the years, but the new receptionist does not answer voicemails and puts you on hold whenever you call and never picks back up. I have been trying to make an appointment for over a week. I don't have the patience to deal with people like this, so I will be finding a new optometrist.

First time I went to Dr Shulkin i had an eye exam elsewhere but was getting my glasses there. 2nd time i was able to see Dr Shulkin for my eye exam. Very nice man very pleased with him and the office staff. Thank you Dr. Shulkin I cant wait to pick up my glasses hopefully tomorrow and beable to see again! People giving this office a bad rating must all be Karen's!Thank you so much!Angela Ramsay

I came in to get my eyes checked after scheduling an appointment… which seemed pretty difficult for the woman at the front desk. They didn’t seem to know what to do for a new patient… I was the only one in the office and sat there for 30 mins before anyone acknowledged me. Something went wrong with my insurance and I had asked the Dr “ so you are telling me you can’t see me today “ and he said “ well I can see you I just need to get PAID “From a professional standpoint, you should never complain about your salary to a patient and this comment was Unprofessional.
