The level of care they provide before, during, and after really stands out. And of course going from terrible vision to perfect vision is life changing. “I've been going here for years and years now. Well not here exactly this is a new building and there is a new owner now but my same eye doctor Dr Fitzpatrick is still there. This new office seems bigger than the old office and seems to have a bit more of a selection of glasses. I always get my glasses here but they are a little more expensive than say Costco. They have more modern equipment which is nice. They upgraded the puff of air machine to something much less bothersome to the eyes.The parking is small but I've never had an issue finding a spot. Everyone here seems to be very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I really don't have anything bad to say about this eye Dr office, I guess that's why I've been going for over 7 years now.“

“I'm not a fan of Kaiser - but Sofie uses it. We went to the optical department to set her up with some fancy sun glasses. I liked that they are open on Saturday at 8 a.m. because I like to get going early. ( Sofie had a lot of wood to be split and I wanted to make sure she had enough time!) We were greeted by Jessica M as soon as we walked in and Sofie was helped in selecting the right frames for her new sun glasses - and the girl explained the various lenses and the protection from UV. She was very good! They had lots of nice frames, but we avoided the ones that said "Bebe" on the sides. Really! Who could take seriously anyone with "Bebe" written on the arm of their sun glasses? I had a good feeling that the girl knew what she was doing and I think Sofie's glasses will turn out okay... I've bought glasses from a place in San Francisco and they came back messed up with the wrong prescription... but I felt good about this place. If it's messed up, I will certainly give an update of this review... but for service and convenience, Kaiser gets a positive vote. Why not perfect? Well, it's Kaiser and I'm not a fan of Kaiser. Should you go there, just say, "Steve sent me and I want no one but Jessica M to help me." She may look at you blankly and say, "Huh?"“

“This a re-review. Last year my Autistic daughter had an appointment with Dr. Nazari who is also in Dr. Hall's office. Our experience with the Dr was wonderful, however, there was a young girl in the front office who was extremely rude and disrespectful to my daughter who was trying very hard to hold still while her eyes were being measured. After sharing our experience with Dr. Hall, it seems he made a staffing change, and the girl is no longer there. This year, we had another appointment and it was the best experience my daughter has ever had at a medical appointment. The guy that measured her eyes was so incredibly sweet and understanding. The entire experience was better then we coukd have asked for. The girl answering the phone was so nice, and Dr. Nazari was again absolutely wonderful. The entire staff was phenomenal and very patient with my daughter. They were friendly, professional and went above and beyond to make sure her experience was positive.“

“Simply the best! Dr. Ooyang and the staff here are so warm and friendly. I've been here for 15 years.Also, Jeanine is really good at picking out frames. She finds things you wouldn't think of and usually I go with her suggestions.“
