She took her time thinking about what would be best for me, made me feel like she really cares and really wanted to get me the best I need. I was educated on eye health, what to expect at age 60, what is or may be alarming and how to reduce further damage or discomfort. 100% impressed! “This office knows what they're doing. They have the latest machines to test your eyes and are knowledgeable. That being said, I ordered a pair of sunglasses over three 1/2 weeks ago and have not received them yet. I called them two weeks after I had ordered the glasses and they said they would call me the middle of the following week because that's eyeglasses should be ready. The lab they ordered the glasses from didn't do the job properly and it had to be redone. I didn't get a phone call, I'm going to follow up today to find out what's happening. Update...the sunglasses came out great!“
