This is the second time in less than two years that I needed the services of PCC&R. They were contacted by my insurance company and I continue to be extremely impressed! During their first visit, the project manager and the owner arrived to assess the water damage. Then, their crew protected the areas near the ceiling work in the dining and kitchen followed by removal of the ceiling areas in order to dry the areas. They check the moisture readings to make sure everything is dry, and their clean up is spotless. I most highly recommend PCC&R! Every step in their service process is exceptional. If you need mitigation work, they will impress you with their professionalism.

The fire damage occurrence which resulted in extreme smoke damage throughout our house required the services of Pacific Restoration. We had to leave our house with only immediate clothing and personal items because of the toxic environment that had also developed from the smoke damage. Pacific Restoration Company was assigned the major task of packing everything out of our house and garage so that it eventually was an empty shell. This was necessary for the contractor and other smoke damage specialists to clean and eliminate the toxicity so that we could live in our home safely again. Pacific Restoration has the highest standards of service and they take their responsibilities seriously. They helped us with an unexpected problem with our insurance company, and their staff were very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this company for any of their services that may be needed!

Cracked water heater caused damage and black mold in my garage and PCCR wss referred to me through my insurance company. PCCR has been fantastic! The Techs (Gustavo, Tony, Juan) and the project coordinator, David were all professional, reliable, worked effectively and quickly to get the mold removal and remediation completed asap. They were very open and flexible about scheduling around my work schedule. The lead techs always explained what they were doing when came onsite and always gave me a recap on what was done and next steps in the process. Their office always called me to confirm scheduled dates/ times for their arrival. It was a pleasure working with everyone at PCCR under these circumstances!
