I’ve been a member to several fitness clubs around Santa Rosa and hands down - Insight Fitness is my favorite spot to workout. The staff is kind, knowledgeable and the overall community they attract are all very supportive and encouraging. They have a great selection of equipment and their space is clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend stopping by for a visit and signing up for an introduction and getting a feel for it — You won’t be disappointed!!!

this gym is a gem! the owner, Guy, is the greatest!! so personable and he hires experienced and knowledgeable trainers. I have been getting personally trained by Mae, she knows what she is talking about and is so helpful as well as motivating when it comes to reaching goals! I had never done much weight lifting and she has empowered me and made me so much more confident when it comes to working out. you will not regret using this gym!

Great gym ! Great staff! Very nice environment to work out in. I have been going to a personal trainer here and am feeling stronger than ever. I can see the difference ! I highly recommend this local gym!
