This is our 3rd project that Daniel Lugo & crew has tackled for us. Exceptional quality craftsmanship in every case. We love dealing with Daniel because he takes my sketches, plans, special details and makes them a reality. He's very collaborative and explains why some things could be made even better. Daniel let me be very involved in picking tile, finishes, custom cabinets, lighting and even let me participate in hand texture coating the walls with a Santa Fe look. Consider this another very positive review for Daniel Lugo Construction.Daniel and his crew replaced old grout on our brick patio and installeda better quality replacement grout. This was difficult, tedious work on a large patio area.The crew showed up almost each and every day over thecourse of several weeks. When that was not possible, Daniel always alerted me to any unavoidable change in schedule. The grout work was high quality and the fees were reasonable. There was no mess left behind.Daniel is very knowledgeable about all kinds of construction work. He is also friendly, forthright, and courteous. Okay I hesitate to write this review as I may never see him again. He is FANTASTIC and FAST. Knows his work and has attention to detail. Daniel is a true professional with excellent communication skills as well as a quality craftsman. He knows his stuff. He even talked me out of something expensive ( fencing)! I like to work with specific people such as Daniel as I trust him and see he can get the job done.Highly recommend! 5 PLUS STARS!
