“I very rarely write reviews but I cannot miss the opportunity to pass on my recommendation for Robert De Wan and his really FANTASTIC service. I had a serious situation with water damage at my home which necessitated removing bathroom walls, tub and shower. It was an ugly job that required hours and hours of really hard work. It turned out beautifully in a short period of time!Not only did I get a price that was more than fair (I got quotes from several other contractors), I was able to establish a working relationship with Robert that felt like real team work. I have not experienced this before, as I am a woman and in the past I have felt disregarded when it comes to construction projects. Not so with Robert! I felt respected, listened to, cared about and communicated with every step of the way.I felt so grateful for his consideration and his know how and also for his suggestions as to how to make the job more affordable. “I contacted Jeff after I saw what a great job he did installing a cardiologist friend's pool. He was personable and patient during our meeting. Ultimately he gave me bad news. Because of the slope of our backyard, the cost would be more than double what he normally charges for a pool. He could have easily led me down a primrose path and gotten me to commit and upcharged me as the project progressed. Instead he was honest and offered options that we might consider, even though those options would not involve him or his company. The definition of a "stand-up guy".“

“We were doing a full kitchen remodel and I went into the whole process with a bit of trepidation. But these guys put all my anxieties down quickly. They are the real deal; the workmanship is top-notch and their prices are totally fair. We had the inevitable project speed bumps, like unknown structural issues or 80 year-old plumbing issues; but Anthony and has team were quick to come up with solutions, and they were able to work with me to keep additional costs under control. We had no issues with any sub-contractors and were just as pleased with their work. He's chosen some great people to partner with. Even though the the project is now complete, Anthony has committed to coming back for a couple very minor follow-ups. 10/10, highly recommend and would definitely work with again.“

It was a complicated job involving crawling into our attic space to wire electricity. They just finished up the exterior staircase, guardrails and handrails for our ADU and it is beautiful. “After 19 years with a kitchen that was designed in the 70's I was ready for a remodel. My husband being the CPA wanted multiple quotes so we interviewed 5 contractors without success. I was about to take a sledgehammer to the kitchen just to get it started when Christina, a designer at ProSource, recommended Caroline Weaver. I called her and got a quote which fit within our budget and made my husband happy. I had ordered appliances in August that were to be delivered in January. OK that worked we'll just store them in the garage. I ordered our cabinets from ProSource (also a great company to work with) in October. I was told it would take up to 16 weeks to get the cabinets which was OK with me but pushing into tax season which probably would have given my husband a heart attack. Anyway, the ball had started to roll when SURPRISE(!) the cabinets were ready to be delivered in December. After a bit of panic. I contacted Caroline and let her know that the cabinet company would hold the cabinets until January but the timeline had been pushed forward. As luck would have it she had an unexpected cancellation and was able to fit us in. The day in early January that her crew came over to begin demolition we had lost power and it was absolutely pouring rain. It was no problem for them they just merrily went about demolishing the kitchen.The job was expected to take 5-6 weeks they were finished in 4 and it was beautiful. So here is what I love about Monument Home Services, Caroline Weaver, Wade, Tyler and Juan (her team).Caroline always responded quickly to my questions and I had a lot of questions. The team showed up on time everyday altho' honestly 7am killed me. I'm not a morning person. They were completely professional in everything they did.They cleaned up every night before they left. I mean REALLY cleaned up.The work they did was perfect. Wade is a perfectionist and it showed. I never felt that is was just "good enough" It was beautifully done and he added touches that improved the overall look. I have two bathrooms that I am going to remodel and I will have Caroline Weaver and her awesome team do them!I have recommended her to everyone I know.“

We opted to build a single story house instead of our original two story home (stairs are for younger people).They built us a beautiful home on our lot that we happily moved into in 2020. We enjoyed working with Andy, Deanna, Ryan and other members of the Synergy team on this project. We are still sad that we lost our original house but we really like our new home.“
