    I've been going to Jen for personal training for 2 years now. She is absolutely amazing! She listened to what my goals were and personalized a plan just for me. Over the past 2 years my goals have changed and she has adjusted the workouts for me. She also helps me with my dieting and meal plan and adjusts things according to me. She's helped me maintain a better, happier and healthier lifestyle!

    Jen has a great blend of motivation but not making you feel bad if you have a slip up and is really good at adjusting workouts to address any areas of focus or areas to avoid due to pain/injury. She is really good at making sure form is correct and providing variety in workouts. I have worked with a variety of trainers over the years and highly recommend Jen.

    I worked out with Jen for a few years as a personal trainer- unfortunately I moved to San Diego and have not been able to replace her skillset! Jen has a great ability to be encouraging, approachable, yet extremely effective. I had no idea how bad my form was until i realized how good it could be and how important that was to my training. My husband and I started working out with her together and that was a great way to stay focused together and work on our very different needs! Highly recommend plus she has a beautiful gym in Santa Monica!

Hi, my name is Jen Dapper and I’ve had the pleasure of working 28 years in the fitness industry as an elite Personal Trainer, Mobility Specialist and Yoga Instructor. Along with teaching many different formats of group fitness I’ve ran private boot camps, and travel abroad to instruct yoga at five star resorts. With my guidance and knowledge I assists my clients through program progression, proper alignment, injury prevention, sports performance and nutritional coaching for a balanced healthy lifestyle. My belief of the mind/ body connection and nutritional coaching for a balanced healthy lifestyle. through training and yoga has become my passion and career and truly what excites me the most is to see the success in my clients
