    I've been training with Jason for about 10 months now and could not recommend a trainer more highly. Started at gym, then transitioned to in-home training. He created a custom program for just what I needed. He's helped me reach my goals and helped me stay consistent in my training as my strength and goals evolve. Very glad I found him. Highly recommend.

    Working with Jason and his trainers has been the single best thing I have done for myself in the past 5 years. Not only have I lost 20 pounds, but I can now walk into any gym and (1) feel comfortable moving through my workout, even when crowded and (2) I know multiple sets of exercises I can do for each muscle group. This was not just an 8-week workout/ diet program - it was a lifestyle learning experience that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. It is also a blast! I HIGHLY recommend Jason and his team to anyone who is looking to become savvy in the gym, just needs to get back on the horse, or someone who is looking to revamp their workout routines.
