“Vintage Cellars built my Cellar over 20 years ago. I contacted them when my cooling unit failed. I worked with Sam Kim and he was very professional and service oriented. He ordered me a new unit with an ETA of 1-2 weeks, it was in my hands in four days. He set me up with one of his installers who came on the weekend and removed the old unit, and masterfully installed the new one. Ty prettied everything up and the whole install looked like new when he left. He cleaned everything up beautifully and made certain the new unit was operating correctly before leaving. “I apologize for writing this review so late, none the less here it is, and I'm over joyed to be able to write it, based on what I'd been through construction wise, prior to meeting Samo and Company. Luxe Home Remodeling gets five stars. I called Samo, the owner and explained my dilemma and he scheduled an appointment to meet with me to discuss my project. Coming behind another contractor to fix is not an easy task, but Samo assessed the situation and new immediately what needed to be done according to code specification. Very knowledgeable, patient, even tempered and personable. A truly great guy!!!! Samo worked within my budget and timeline, which was very important given the fact that I had already invested time and money into a project he was coming in to fix and finish. He is a true visionary and a problem solver who knows code and construction. Has a great eye for detail too. When shopping for materials, he knew where to direct me to stay within budget without compromising quality. He was responsive to all my needs and calls, even if the calls were back to back. He'd say after hanging up with the first call, upon immediately answering the second call, it takes two and we'd laugh. He knew it was me. Very responsive to my needs. “We contracted Bradco Kitchen & Bath to remodel and expand our kitchen in mid-century style. Working with Michael and Amelia was an absolute pleasure!
