“I hired Stanley and Andrew from Family Carpet AKA SKT America, through a referral from a mutual friend. He did some major work on our home. Knocked down walls, demo-ed fireplaces, recessed lights, replaced all doors, paint throughout, complete bathroom remodels, kitchen counter, sink, chandelier installation, semi-custom designed wet bar, and probably a hundred questions, emails, texts, and change orders. We had a few heated moments but he handled it all like the pro he is. I also would like to strongly recommend you speak with Andrew. He is an impressive young man who handles very stressful and highly demanding customers with poise and reason. Sincerely impressed with Andrew. For his age, he is quite mature and thoughtful. He gave some great suggestions and solutions to problems that made a whole lot of sense. We are 90% done with our project and they only have a few final touches left. The way they continue to communicate and follow through is spectacular. They won't drop you for the next higher paying gig before they finish your job. Believe me I know they have other jobs that are 2-3x more valuable than mine but they treated me very well. My wife and family could not be happier. I'm a fairly picky guy and so is my wife. Very detailed. They gave us a VERY fair price for the work that was required and especially considering the amount of attention that we needed. Strongly recommend these guys as highly ethical, genuinely caring of their customer needs, and as seasoned veterans. I hired them to do our home and someone else to do our condo. Believe me, at this time, I regret giving the condo job to the other contractor. “John De La Rocha is amazing! We met John through a contractor interview and went to visit his cabinetry shop in La Habra. We knew after that visit that we wanted to work with John! Through a course of events to long to discuss here, we ended up going with a different general contractor for our remodel that wanted to use a different group to do the cabinets. We were disappointed by this, because this group would build cabinets to our specifications, but was not truly a custom cabinetry shop, but wanted to respect our contractor process. However, we were later informed by our contractor that this cabinet company had an 11 week delay in our schedule. We called John and explained the situation and he kindly worked us into his schedule with only a minor delay to our project. John was super easy to work with, incredibly personable, and was able to catch our vison right away. He is one of the few craftsmen that I have worked with that took the project so seriously, that I felt as if he was doing this for his own home or for a family member. I truly can't say enough good things about John! We are incredibly happy with the results of our kitchen cabinets and highly recommend De La Rocha Cabinets for your project!“

“Five years ago, a leak in our kid’s upstairs bathroom, due to some poor tile work done by
the previous owners of our home, rendered that bathroom unusable. Now our kids have a
new, stylish, water-tight bathroom that my wife and I are jealous of, thanks to KCE.

We interviewed many construction companies and contractors prior to meeting with
Ammar, and they were either inexpensive but very hands off, letting us make all the design
decisions, or were astronomically expensive because of their design services. We were
pleasantly surprised when we spoke to Ammar. He gave us a straightforward ballpark figure
before even coming to see the project. During the design consultation, Ammar had great
ideas for the space, but was not fixated on them, and was open to hearing our ideas as
well. The pricing was very reasonable, and the timetable and terms were laid out clearly in
the contract.

KCE’s subcontractors (Salvio and others) were professional, respectful of our home,
showed up nearly every day they were supposed to, and took responsibility for any issues
that came up. They kept to the 6 week estimate for completion of the project. There are
always hiccups with a remodel, and our hiccup was that when installing the niche for
soap/shampoo, they drilled right through the wall to the other side. At the end of the
project, they took an extra day to repair, texturize, and paint that wall, as well as fix any
aesthetic loose ends at no extra cost.

Thanks to Ammar and his team, our kids have the best bathroom in the house… not for long
though, because we will certainly be considering KCE for our master bathroom, and other
projects in our home. We would recommend KCE to friends, family and anyone looking for
a quality remodel.“
