“I have very good experience everytime in Christie Family Dentistry. Dr. Christie and his team always take good care of my every tooth, include detail checking and care. I have had 4 dental implants which are all designed and operated by Dr. Christie. Dr. Christie also helped me with a dental bridge on my left upper teeth. When I was concerning the not 100% perfect bitting on the left said, Dr. Christie did extra times work with the lab to improve it more better...Dr. Christie and his team have the high quality skills ,as well with accompanied best service ...

“OMG! I came to this dentist because I was having excruciating dental pain due to a crown that had not been shaped properly at my former provider. I was literally BAWLING the night before and needed to go to ER because of how bad the pain was.I called Five Gables the next morning, and by a stroke of luck, they squeezed me in same-day. They reshaped the crown for me, and I kid you not, I feel SO MUCH BETTER AFTER 3 DAYS! I'm so mad I didn't come here sooner! I dont wanna unalive myself anymore! “This is probably h the only review that I have done where I do not think there are enough stars to rate Dr. Curtis! No one likes to go to the dentist... But now I do. Somehow you know that you are in the very best care possible. You get Stanford dental care in Santa Cruz. Dr. Cutis is a perfectionist down to the exact iota of color shading to make your mouth just pop with healthy sparkle. She treats every mouth like you are going to be on the red carpet. My mother visited from Ohio and needed a quick (ended up not-so-quick dental intervention and Dr Curtis treated her like a family member.I have lived in too many geographical areas and have had many dentists. ,Santa Cruz County is blessed to have Dr. Curtis as a talented cosmetic/amazing over all dentist (did I mention pain free?)!!!!!THANK YOU !“

“As I was driving from Aptos to Scotts Valley - on a Saturday - I realized I had lost a crown. My regular dentist isn't available on Saturdays, so I googled "emergency dentist" and found two nearby choices in Santa Cruz. Since iSmileSpa had mostly fantastic reviews, I called them and was surprised to find they were in on Saturday and could see me right away. I was even more surprised to learn that they are an independent, family-run operation and were even in network for my insurance (Delta Dental of CA). So far so good ... and even better, I was greeted and treated cordially, compassionately, and kindly by Dr. Connor Malek, his sister McKenzie, and the two dental assistants on the team. Completing forms and getting the treatment plan pricing was fast and easy - all digital. Even for a needle-phobic like myself, the numbing process was pretty much pain and anxiety free. Since they make their own crowns on the premises, I was able to get the underlying cavity drilled and the crown made and secured in place all in a single visit. This was such a good experience, I plan to permanently switch over from my old dentist to iSmileSpa.“

“Despite having to find out that my previous dentist caused me to have fistula abscess that requires a referral to an endodontist, my experience at Landmark Dental Group was WONDERFUL! “I came to SCDG as a result of my historic DDS provider having suddenly dropped affiliation as a Delta DPO “preferred” practice.

As a result, my family’s out-of-pocket costs skyrocketed to the point that we were literally paying much more for DDS services than Delta was reimbursing on a non-network practitioner basis.

I called Delta & explained the predicament. In turn, they steered me to SCDG, indicating that the practice was highly rated and that my family could significantly benefit from their Delta DPO affiliation (highest rate of Delta reimbursement).

Since making the switch, I’ve had experiences with Doctors Sandhu & Robinson. Both have evidenced impressive DDS expertise. I’ve also had a couple of rounds of dental cleanings via their hygienists. They’ve been great. Staff members are all friendly & helpful. Off-&-on-street parking is readily available.

All-in-all, this is an impressive practice and certainly worth trying whenever in the market for a better Santa Cruz regional DDS arrangement!“
