Dr Valle has provided dental health and repair services for me for over 10 years. Over this time my insurance had forced me to see other dentists. I always keep coming back. Dr Valle uses the latest technology and trauma informed care. He explains what he is doing and shows me. My comfort and needs are just as important as the dental care and procedures. When I’m sitting in his chair I know that I am not just a time slot.

My wife scheduled my appointment with Santa Cruz Dental Care and basically said "here, you go on this date" im pathologically scared of thr dentist, but i went because i like my marrage. I have to say just how impressed i was with the office, the staff, and the Dr! I was comfortable, somehow my anxiety was leveled and ok. Dr valle was amazing and made me feel comfortable and safe. He explained everything he was doing and made me part of the process.After my exam the office presented me with options and explained what was crucial and what could wait (until my unsurance reset) but nobody tried to "hard sell" me at any point. I had a great first visit ar Dr. Valle's office.Everyone is so caring and easy to talk to.Kathy was very pleasant. Rose was very informative and also super gentle. Dr. Valle was very nice and professional. Looking forward to a continued relationship with Dr. Valle and his office staff.
