Bill made time in his very busy schedule to get our AC fixed immediately so we didn't suffer from the 100 plus degree temperature. His pricing was very fair and he was honest in not trying to upsell us to a new unit. I'd highly recommend him.

I recently used this company yet again. I'm going to keep this pain and simple. Bill has a customer for life! He came, repaired and serviced our unit and left. Everything is working to our expectations!

After calling several AC companies I chose to go with Bill because he was the most accommodating, the best reviews AND unlike most companies he worked on commercial units which means he is more knowledgeable. He showed up on time and checked out both units and didn't find anything wrong. He set up my Nest properly, fixed a vent issue that annoyed me for years and told me to wait two days to make sure everything was good before he sent his invoice which was extremely nice and fair. He was more concerned about making sure the job was done right than getting paid. I was convinced something broke but he reassured me everything was fine which is really rare as someone else would have just agreed with me to make some money. He was super cool and nice as a person and totally trustworthy. I wish his expertise was in other fields too because I would hire him for everything. I am extremely happy with hiring him and he will be forever my AC guy that I contact. You are going in my phone for sure as the go to for my AC units. Thank you so much Bill!
