My warranty company sent them out to fix my range. They took a very long time to schedule a tech to come troubleshoot my range. They took even longer to schedule the actual repair I had to follow up with them several times. I would never use their services in the future.
I wish I could give this company 0 stars. We were assigned this company through our home warranty company in February. The technician told us that the fridge was old and the warranty company would replace it. A week later the warranty company reported that the technician reported pest damage nullifying my coverage. Never did the technician express (or write in the report we singed) that this was a pest problem.Then today, we have another appliance issue and again got stuck with this company. Absolutely horrible customer service. My ice maker in my refrigerator wasn't making ice so I made a claim with Fidelity Home Warranty. They sent LA Appliance to repair it. After burning a sick day and waiting around the house for 5 hours, the repairman arrived and said the icemaker needed to be replaced and he ordered a new one. I burned another sick day on the day of the repair and he supposedly installed the new ice maker. Well this ice maker never worked (and I wonder if he even installed the new one or actually put the old one back in). I called Fidelity and they set me up with LA Appliance again and stated that it needs to be the same repairman as I had the first time or they will deny the claim. LA Appliance has tried to schedule me several times stating that it will be a different repairman. After going back and forth about it being the same repairman, they unexpectedly scheduled me for the 8am-noon window. I said that I cannot use another sick day for this service call so I will need to be scheduled after 4pm. The scheduler was very rude with me over text message saying that my "demands" were unreasonable. I stated that I have already burned 2 sick days for this issue and they still have not fixed the problem so I do not think it is actually unreasonable to ask for a 4pm appointment. He said that I will be the noon-5pm window, but he makes no promises. If it weren't for the fact that I've already paid for this service with Fidelity, I would not deal with LA Appliance again. They do not back up their work nor do anything to try to help their customers. I would NEVER recommend LA Appliance.
