“*On December 21, 2023, there was big rainstorm in Santa Barbara. The entire side yard area, laundry room, and 1 downstairs apartment were flooded. Two adjacent downstairs apartments had flooding, too.*We called Foundation Technology, and the crew drove from Santa Clarita, arriving within 3 hours! They dug trenches in the side yard to divert the water to the front yard and out to the street.*A few weeks later, the guys came back and installed a new drainage system AND a sump pump.*This past week, we had a great deal of rain, and the system worked GREAT.*Yesterday, February 4, 2024, the major storm hit Santa Barbara with tremendous force.*The street in front of my apartment was flooded from sidewalk to sidewalk. The adjoining creek rose to a level I had never seen before.*BUT, thanks to Foundation Technology's fantastic new drainage system, we had no problems.
