“I did some extensive shopping around to get quotes from different HVAC system installers and comparing the cost and included services/hardware. Jeremy gave us the best priced quote with the best hardware quality and most services included. He was extremely communicative during our quote collection process and showed initiative of really wanting to work with us. This attitude and care continued through our install and after as Jeremy made sure to check in with us regularly to ensure our satisfaction with the quality of workmanship and hardware technology. When he came out to give us the quote he provided detailed and knowledgeable answers to all my deep questions about the California refrigerant switch and more. Our install days were schedule about 1 week out. On the day of install the 8 man crew including Jeremy came out and got right to work! They tag teamed the entire first day of install and on the second day 2 guys came to finish the job. They stayed late to make sure they got out AC working before the heat wave coming and after having gotten through the heat wave with our AC I can say I'm incredibly grateful they were determined to get it working for us. They then came back the following weekend to make final touch ups and adjust the airflow how we wanted it. And I don't want to forget to mention that we are based 2 hrs+ from the company home base so they made a trek out to us. The crew did a fantastic job and Jeremy really works with his customers to give us the best experience possible. He is here to help! It's nice to know we have such a responsive and caring team there to support any of our HVAC needs.“

“I can't say enough about TME Construction. I had a poorly installed deck that had to be taken down and rebuilt. While other companies wanted to do a patch job, Tony was the only one who would work with me to do it right. He was responsive through an extensive process of plan approval. Once the ball was in his court, the deck was built quickly and it turned out beautifully. He and all of his crew are just lovely to work with. If I have any other projects I will be sure to call them. They are very responsive, honest and do great work.“

“*On December 21, 2023, there was big rainstorm in Santa Barbara. The entire side yard area, laundry room, and 1 downstairs apartment were flooded. Two adjacent downstairs apartments had flooding, too.*We called Foundation Technology, and the crew drove from Santa Clarita, arriving within 3 hours! They dug trenches in the side yard to divert the water to the front yard and out to the street.*A few weeks later, the guys came back and installed a new drainage system AND a sump pump.*This past week, we had a great deal of rain, and the system worked GREAT.*Yesterday, February 4, 2024, the major storm hit Santa Barbara with tremendous force.*The street in front of my apartment was flooded from sidewalk to sidewalk. The adjoining creek rose to a level I had never seen before.*BUT, thanks to Foundation Technology's fantastic new drainage system, we had no problems. Everything worked beautifully!*I HIGHLY, 100% recommend Foundation Technology to anyone and everyone who has drainage/flooding issues around their home, apartment building, business.“
