They were extremely patient and professional in the way they explained the process, and dealt with a very difficult insurance adjuster.Our home is so much better than it was prior to the water damage, it turned into a huge blessing. The quality of the work is truly impressive, and dealing with them was always very pleasant.If I could give them 10 stars, I would. You cannot positively cannot do better.“

In the last few years they've solved problems with my 20-year old driveway gate, call box, gate operators (motors), and phone system hookup that no other gate service was able to remedy. “This company is a God sent! We are a small and magical rescue farm that got heavily flooded during Hilary. We were helpless. Our home and garage were flooded and our animals habitats and barns were under heavy threat. We yelped restoration companies around us and called Green Planet. As soon as the dispatcher answered my call I knew I was in good hands. They took our emergency very seriously, we're extremely concerned for our animals and sent service technicians with heavy professional equipment immediately. They took care of pumping water, drying habitats and stalls and attended to the house. Room by room was packed and dried. They even left pumping and drying equipment for us over night as we anticipated more rain. The price was reasonable and affordable. It was a horrible situation turned positive and dry with the help of these angels. Highly recommended.“

“We connected with Paul at Smart Eye Construction to come out and bid on a drainage system and deck install at the front of our new purchase of an old home. WOW!! I am so happy that we signed a contract with them. Ishmael Sr. and Ishmael Jr. are generational craftsmen. Their price was competitive and within our budget. The efficient execution of the project and the skill of the laborers was unmatched. We are SO happy with the end result and so grateful that we found this company to work with. They are honest, communicative, and worked with a few modifications we asked for through the week of work. Our porch wasn’t easy to work on as the old home doesn’t have any right angles. They designed a really wonderful deck that gave our space so much curb appeal. They reinforced and stuccoed our garden wall.The custom railing is exactly what we asked for (we are painting ourselves to color match with the house). Paul was a dream to communicate with, Ishmael was on site every day with his crew adjusting and working with our modifications. “I had ATC put in a new unit on the roof. I worked with Denise and her manager.They were great! very quick response and were able to find a unit I could afford. no hassle with the install. I have to say I've had issues with the diagnostics with ATC where they replace a part and a day or two later, the unit has the same problem. They come back and tell me that another part is bad. It's happened a couple of times over the years and as recently as a month ago.I don't think they're not trustworthy, I just believe these units are complicated and hard to pinpoint a particular issue.“

We had a leaky balcony that following the heavy March rains caused the ceiling below to collapse. “This was very much a emergency call for an outlet that was overheating from our old microwave. As soon as I was able to message him details about my problems, he gave me a call and suggested the work that could be needed, I appreciated that since not many people give you a heads up of what could be the damage. He was very responsive on his arrival time, and once he saw the damage he got right to work, and was very professional and clean He gave us suggestions with purchasing a new microwave, and even took our old one to dump out, which was a very nice gesture .
