“Back again... Prior to today's visit, it's been a few years. Today's visit was prompted by a long office meeting last week and awkward sitting positions due to an ongoing hamstring issue which left my hamstring and lower back areas on fire. Going into this visit, I knew the hamstring area could not be addressed and that I was only hoping for lower back relief. I scheduled my appointment for a same day visit with Dr. Gettings. Parking was readily available in the lot and on the street. The lobby was comfortable and the wait was minimal. When I met with Dr. Gettings, I explained my situation and he came up with a reasonable plan of action (we needed to stay away from the injured hamstring area). I received e-stim while on the roller table, stretching and mild non-explosive adjustments. It took about 45 minutes max. I don't want to jinx anything and Dr. Gettings did say it's not a one time fix... but my lower back does have some significant relief. My next visit is scheduled! :)“
