His knowledge of acupuncture and herbal medicine are amazing and his familiarity with Western medicine makes for a very strong healing practice. I recently went to him for problems with insomnia and anxiety, and each session makes me so much, calmer and has been helping me so much. He is extremely patient, and compassionate with all my personal needs, and spends a lot of time making sure he hears what I have to say, and follows through with amazing treatments. “Donna at back to balance acupuncture is amazing. To begin with she treated my husband for shoulder pain he had lived with for 20 years for a sports unjury. She healed him and he is back to throwing a ball and playing hockey without any pain after. It only took me a year to finally decide to try it myself. ??♀️ She listened to all of my issues and really heard me. I had a car accident and had neck and back pain for over 5 years. “Back again... Prior to today's visit, it's been a few years. Today's visit was prompted by a long office meeting last week and awkward sitting positions due to an ongoing hamstring issue which left my hamstring and lower back areas on fire. Going into this visit, I knew the hamstring area could not be addressed and that I was only hoping for lower back relief. I scheduled my appointment for a same day visit with Dr. Gettings. Parking was readily available in the lot and on the street. The lobby was comfortable and the wait was minimal. When I met with Dr. Gettings, I explained my situation and he came up with a reasonable plan of action (we needed to stay away from the injured hamstring area). I received e-stim while on the roller table, stretching and mild non-explosive adjustments. It took about 45 minutes max. I don't want to jinx anything and Dr. Gettings did say it's not a one time fix... but my lower back does have some significant relief. My next visit is scheduled! :)“
