First, they didn't clean the carpet twice as the former company did as always to make sure the carpet was clean enough. Second, after he finished his job, the carpet was not clean and still had stains on. The worse thing was the guy indicated charging me more money than the price that we discussed on the phone with his supervisor. When I showed my dissatisfaction with the carpet's cleanness, the guy declared the price was different if he helped removing the stains. So why I hadn't known at the first place. If they said so, I would never hair the company. Although he still cleaned it without charging extra money, I have got so upset about all the flurries spending so much time arguing with him about his work. What a bad experience!

They did a wonderful job with our Turkish rugs! He arrived on time, made the rugs look fabulous again and advised me on a better method of securing the rugs. This was the second visit and we have now scheduled grout and tile cleaning next. Will let you know how that turns out.

We had neglected our carpet and sofas for years. We've had dogs, kids, and many family and friends come through our home. It was time to get our carpet and sofas cleaned. I was referred to Oscar's with great reviews. I emailed them for an appointment time, they came out the following week (on time) and my carpet and sofas look brand new! George, the technician, was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Oscar's!
