I recently had an item I needed to return and was told I had to go into a Bluemercury location since I had ordered the product online so, in order to return/exchange the product, I had to go into a physical location. Vilma was the woman who originally helped me but she was limited in what she could do so she told me that she would have her manager contact me. I then received a call from Nancy who was nothing but helpful, in fact, in my opinion, she went above and beyond. Her customer service was by far the best I have ever experienced. It was obvious that Nancy cares and wanted to make sure that as a customer, I was taken care of. I didn't know how else to thank her and hope that this review will show how thankful I am for both Vilma's and Nancy's help.
