my purchase on 12/9/23 was great. The young lady was very knowledgeable of the products I purchased. Without her knowledge I would have left the store. I don't wear makeup I was looking for gifts. She didn't have a lot of makeup on she was a natural beauty. She's a great asset to your company.I highly recommend her customer service.

They had an amazingly large selection of products! All of which appeared to be priced quite fairly as well, which was nice because some items can sometimes be only found in certain other beauty stores. So it was a great one stop shop! The clearance rack did not have any of their items labeled with their new prices. So I had to ask one of the employees about a few items. Overall the place was very clean, well organized and stocked.

This is my third time at the Roseville Galleria location. I liked how the worker greeted my sister and I when we walked in. She asked if we needed help with anything. We were looking for blonde hair products to maintain the color of our blonde hair. The worker was kind enough to suggest a hair product from Purology (unsure if that’s even the correct spelling). However, I didn’t like how she promoted the sale which was buy three, get one free while ringing up the items. I wish she would of told us right after greeting us so we can think throughly on how to spend and what to buy. Also, I didn’t like how the product I was looking for was out.
