When I lived in south Florida I’d visit home, SB, and purposely get an appointment that was when she was in a place in La Cumbre plaza Omgosh my whole family’s been going to her for prob 25 years! “I have received facials from Denise since 2015, before she opened her private business and provided her amazing services in a salon. I followed her business in 2017 when she opened her studio, as she is by far the best esthetician I have been to. This week, I am turning 23 and extremely happy with my skin. I used to struggle with cystic acne during my teenage and young adulthood years. Denise taught me how to prevent acne scars, calm my face, and protect myself from severe breakouts. Now, after using Accutane (I chose this treatment as cystic acne began to prevent good sleep), I only get hormonal breakouts a maximum of once a month, and I have suffered VERY minimal scarring! I let her do whatever she asked since by that time I knew she knew what she was doing. I really like the color and cut. I am pleasantly pleased. Her prices are fair, which is very much appreciated.

“Losing your hair due to chemo is a very difficult thing to go through. I loved my natural hair and having to shave it off was one of the hardest things I've ever done. After a couple of failed attempts to find the right wig (including purchasing a very expensive custom human hair wig online), I was feeling defeated and pretty low. I ended up going to Kimberly's and was so pleasantly surprised. Annie was very empathetic, helpful, and sweet. She was my wig angel :) I ended up finding a wig that looks so similar to my natural hair - no one can even tell it's not! It made me feel like myself again and I am so grateful. “Fabian is a great hairstylist. Very calm and relaxed like his shop Sequel. Sequel has a nice hidden plaza behind where two adjacent restaurant/bars are to enjoy while waiting. Highly recommend Fabian if you don’t know what to do with your hair and bring a photo. He’ll let you know pros/cons and what goes good with your face and body type. He will also go into detail about the hair product based on hair type and style.“

“I had an amazing haircut done this morning by Jaclyn at Phenix Salon Suites Santa Barbara. She washed my hair with shampoo for a starter and then she started trimming the side and the center in such an artistic way. If I am not wrong Jaclyn is an artist and working as a heir dresser on the side. The room were she conducted the haircut was so neat and smiled so fresh. I have quite thick& extremlyy straight hair and she was so diligent and patient. She did a great job at answering any and all questions I had and made me feel very comfortable! It is quite difficult to find a salon that does perms in the 805 and Adela totally came to the rescue! I am so pleased with the results :’) the salon itself is so cute w so much character.
