“I called Bob's Vacuum twice before actually going and Gil was consistently friendly and helpful on the phone. In person this was the same experience and he helped me with my Miele cordless vacuum and patiently showed me how to take it apart properly and put it back together again and then help me figure out why the roller was no longer spinning. Patty set the appointment quickly and a service professional came out the very next day to do the initial exam.
