I called Bob's Vacuum twice before actually going and Gil was consistently friendly and helpful on the phone. In person this was the same experience and he helped me with my Miele cordless vacuum and patiently showed me how to take it apart properly and put it back together again and then help me figure out why the roller was no longer spinning. Excellent customer service! BRAVO

Since moving to old town seems to be great reliable service again. I have used bobs vacuum when bob owned and when it changed owners I continued to use them. The new owners did have some or a couple horrible rude and incompetent gentleman working there for a while. They actually lost my vacuum and then tried to blame it on me. I see in another review someone else experienced this as well which is unfortunate. Thank goodness they no longer work there and except for that one incident, they have always been fabulous. I highly recommend. I have a cleaning company so I use them often and they never disappoint. Top notch.

Our Dyson stopped working properly and I took it into Bob's Vauums. The guy (Bob, I assume) was very helpful and showed me how there was a broken plastic part. The part is hard to get a hold of because the vacuums old but he showed me a work-around where we can just manually do what the part was doing. Didn't charge me a cent and now we will get some more life out of our old vacuum. I highly recommend Bob's Vacuums.
