I requested an inspection of the condenser for the A/C system but I agreed that the timing is better during the spring and summer months when the weather is warm. Norman also mentioned to me about attic insulation and why it's important. A well insulated attic space allows the condenser and FAU work more efficiently which saves energy and that I agree with. So I will look into having the attic insulation replaced and installed with new insulation.
