“We just moved into our new build home about 2 months ago and haven't ran into any major issues which is a great news! Until we ran our dishwasher for the first time and noticed water spewing out of the air gap near the sink head on our countertop. Norman also mentioned to me about attic insulation and why it's important. A well insulated attic space allows the condenser and FAU work more efficiently which saves energy and that I agree with. So I will look into having the attic insulation replaced and installed with new insulation.<br>Norman was very pleasant to discuss and point out issues including the vents and filter replacements.“
