Diego, the professional assigned, guided me through the process and efficiently completed the job in a couple of hours. Grateful they responded on the same day and restored our water supply. Unfortunately I had to increase the size on 50 feet of gas line supplying the heater. Although Mike was extremely busy, he helped me out and did a fantastic job for a very fair price. In addition to being a licensed plumber, Mike is a certified home inspector. While waiting for parts to arrive, Mike pointed out other areas of my house that may need attention to avoid future problems. He does very clean work, and all of my other contractors have been complimenting his work. Jonathan has been helping me with replacing all the water lines in my home, lining cast iron and clay pipe and removing cast iron in bathrooms to replace with abs. It is a huge job, and I am so fortunate that I have someone like Jonathan who is trustworthy and dependable. 10/10 would recommend.“
