“Visited Montanya Spa again with my friend Becky yesterday, and it is still all five stars. This is a tucked away gem next to the Bower Museum in Santa Ana; however, you feel like you're in a retreat-like setting elsewhere. The owner, Tanya, and staff have done a good job maintaining a smaller, intimate, exclusive setting, and it is appreciated. We did a half-day package with lunch. Both Celeste (body practitioner and masseuse) and Katherine (esthetician) were amazing. Very skilled and also educated in their disciplines, including products. My skin is still glowing a day later, and I slept better than I have all year, given my relaxing massage, body scrub, and reflexology. The entire staff is welcoming and accomodating, including their mascot dog, Zoey, and very accommodating. We finished off our treatments with a delicious lunch and a visit to the boutique for a body balm. Do pay to park in the Bowers lot as it is only $6 for the entire day, and you walk next door to the spa. They have a few spots on the premises, but it was easier to park in the lot. I only wish it were closer, as I would take a membership, but I will return regardless. Thank you to all for making our much-needed day of relaxation even better!“

“Fit me in last minute for a 30 minute deep tissue massage. She went a little bit extra. Definitely bring cash for tips. It's preferred. I came by unexpectedly on my way home but she was polite enough to let me tip on a card. Will definitely be. I didn't catch the name of my girl but she was amazing! “At 38 yrs old, this was my very first ever massage. Based on reviews I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Payment is up front (no pun intended). The reception was kind and promptly ushered me into a room. The rooms are softly lit with music playing and no doors. Lu-Lu, god bless that woman, found my knots without me even having to point them out. My shoulders were bugging me for a while and she cleared that right up with firm pressure and kneading. There are bars on the ceiling so she was able to walk on my back too which I've never experienced before. Didn't think I'd like it but I did. I paid for an hour and received an hours worth of work so I gave her a nice tip because it was above my expectations. Thank you!“
