“I have been suffering from tension and stress related headaches that have been affecting my sleep for months. My wonderful husband has been giving me neck rubs which had been helping a bit. While in town for a conference, I decided to get a massage and luckily found this spot and Louise who focused on my head and neck. I had the most relaxing and wonderful massage I have ever had. Also, Louise has extensive knowledge on evidence-based holistic therapies which was quite refreshing to find that balance (I am a healthcare worker). If I were local, I would no doubt be a member as I have not found massage services that are even close to being as therapeutic as the 60 mins I spent with Louise. She has even kindly offered to help me find a therapist in my area through her connections. I cannot recommend Louise enough!!“

“My partner and I took a private couples massage class with Yasuko - easily the best money ever spent. Yasuko did an amazing at both explaining and demonstrating simple yet effective techniques, which she demonstrated on us first so that we would knew what it was supposed to feel like, before we then got to practice on each other. She also guided us through as we practiced to ensure our technique looked good. Yasuko made us feel comfortable and relaxed, and she made it very easy to learn from her. One of the best bonuses is that we got materials to take home to remind us on how to perform certain techniques and we've used it at least once a week since. “I was referred to Dr Greg by a friend.I was in so much pain (tears). I called Greg, told him my issue, he was able to see me that day! My right hand, thumb and middle finger hurt so bad I couldn't even make a fist. Greg was very compassionate, explained what he thought was going on and gave an approximate time frame to get me feeling good again. After seeing him twice a week for his suggested time frame of 8 weeks, my hand is feeling great. I'm able to make a fist! Having never been to an acupuncturist I had a ton of questions, he always was very gracious, explained everything in detail, never pushed and made sure I knew exactly what was happening and how I might feel after the appointment! At the start of every session she's very welcoming and asks about areas that I have concerns about or have been feeling pain in. She always asks the right questions to assess what needs to be fixed. In my first couple of sessions she would walk me through everything that was happening but now that I have been coming for a while I fully trust and understand the process. Priscilla is truly amazing at what she does! She fixes and improves some pains in my body that I didn't even know I have! She also checks in throughout the massage to make sure she's using the right amount of pressure and not over doing it.
