“My home had a sub floor leak wich ended up having to remove a toilet and have floors redone in our hall bathroom. Insurance had the floors done and were ready to reinstall the toilets. We said hold on, we have our own plumber who will put back the toilet(as the flooring was done by subcontractors and did an ok, not great, job.) Martin redone the flange and the surrounding wood carpentry to be able to install the toilet properly and securely!!! ...I'm sure the subcontractors would have just dropped the toilet in and called it a day! MARTIN IS THE BEST at what he does and our family would not know what we would do without him!!! FIVE STARS!!!“
