I went outside the other morning to water gushing down my driveway. Unfortunately, my 26-year-old hot water heater had finally had its last day. Water was pouring down the side of it and out my garage. I called around, some places could come on Wednesday, some the next day, but Martin was the only one who could come that morning, within half an hour. He showed up on time and his price was $200 less than one of the others over the phone. He said he could start the work immediately, and he did. He spent all day doing it and did an amazing job! He was super professional, is licensed, and definitely knows what he’s doing. He’s been doing this for almost 35 years. Highly recommended! Thank you very much!!“

“We recently hired BPI to re-pipe our entire 16 unit condo complex with new hot/cold water pipes. This was quite an undertaking as we had individuals currently living in each unit. The project started with several onsite walk-thru's with Frankie. He explained in detail what this major project would entail. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns and made several trips to the job site over the 10 weeks this project took to complete. David was the lead supervisor on this project and his crew consisted of Johnny, Rogerio, Fernando and Jose. To say that this crew was top notch would be putting it mildly. For 10 weeks these guys showed up 30 min early than their scheduled start time and never missed a day. They were professional, kind, courteous and very knowledgeable of what it was going to take to complete this enormous project. They were in and out of our units on a daily basis and we never had a single complaint for any of the tenants. That says a lot about the professionalism that this crew exuded. They communicated with us each morning as to what we could expect that day and this continued throughout to completion. I would HIGHLY recommend BPI for any and all plumbing projects.
