This past Thanksgiving we hosted our family of 24. We went to our favorite party rental, A Grande Affair, for linens, dishes, silverware, wine and water glasses, coffee cups, the works. Kyle was great to work with, especially since my wife changed the order (colors, numbers, etc) several times leading right up until Thanksgiving Thursday. A most impressive part of the order was at the last minute a change of glassware, which meant the owner of the company came to San Ramon to personally deliver the glasses from their main warehouse in Tracy. Made a very last minute decision to rent chairs for a small bridal shower that was moved indoors due to weather. Katie was a great help working with our budget and insuring the party was perfect for the bride to be. Chairs were perfect and delivery was seemless.

I've always had good service and product but am wondering now if they are still in business? After calling for two days and getting voice mail and no call back I stopped by today. Looked to me like they've closed up shop???
