Zero stars! This company is completely unprofessional and will give you the run around! For days I've been calling and filling out multiple online forms. The company does not communicate with one another nor do they call you back with the same information. The number on the website is not the right number to call they redirect you to another number to call and no one helps you on either or. I had a feeling the prices seemed a bit too good to be true. I see it's because they lack in service and it's a hassle to even get through to booking with them. Its not worth the hassle, and if you ask to come in instead they say no the phone is fine. I used A-1 Party Rentals last Saturday, Aug 17th. I'm out of the area so booked it all by phone. Delivery was suppose to be by 3, showed up at 9:30. Unacceptable!!! The white table clothes had holes and stains. The tables were very wobbly!! We had no choice but to use them. I will never use them again. Ann O'ROURKE

Never will I rent from this place again. All 3 Chafing dishes were dirty and had to re-wash before my party. In addition, it was missing the water pan so I couldn't use it at all.
