Had to force my 14 year old son to go to the first free lesson. That was two years ago. He loves it. All of the Sensei’s have been wonderful. He looks forward to it every week now.

I started with taking my boys here, but I just had to get in there myself after watching their classes for a few weeks. Fantastic people, a great feeling of self improvement and it’s never felt so good to work so hard. I only wish I came back to martial arts sooner. Just makes me a happier, healthier me.
