I can’t say enough good things about this gym. Both the adult and kids programs are top notch in every way. The instructors are experts in their craft and create a fun, safe, and challenging environment. The best part is the people. There are great people here who want to improve their skills, grow mentally, get exercise, and get better together. If you are brand new to bjj or a seasoned competitor this is a great option. Come check it out!

6.5.23 - I just wrapped up a solid no-gi session at 6 AM with professor Tryfon. As a drop-in I was welcomed with no muss no fuss and was on the mat in less than 30 seconds of signing the waiver. Just like home, the 6 AM crew is focused, respectful, and dedicated. Thank you NBJJ for welcoming me and giving me a great start to the day. OSS!

I was exploring the west coast last week and didn't want to go too long without getting in some bjj. I dropped in for a 9am weekday session to train to get some rolls.The team itself was made up of excellent training partners who make you feel like part of their community! Head coach Tryfon himself was also highly knowledgeable and an effective communicator.Overall this is a great school! If you're new to bjj or someone seasoned, I would join this place if I lived in the area!
