I have been working with Mike Millsap and Doug Degnan on several projects for our home renovation and they are great. I've always felt communication was clear, and expectations were realistic. I've really appreciated their guidance throughout several processes, whether it be design considerations, recommendations for various specialists across tile, soil or electrical and knowledge sharing in our preparation to submit applications to the county. These guys are just genuinely helpful and nice people.

One year ago there was a landslide of the hill in our backyard. Mike Millsay s was recommended to me and I am grateful for that! He and his crew were professional, courteous, thorough and informative. This was a very complicated situation involving several neighbors, code violations, insurance and legal issues. They made everything simpler and I recommend them without hesitation.

I can't express how impressed I am with Mike's honesty, integrity and professionalism. He was extremely responsive and came the next day for a bid, all prepared and with hard copy of my plans. Although his pricing was very fair, after evaluation, he recommended one of his competitors due to my project deadline. I will hire him for my next project in a heartbeat.
